We support indigenous people on the front lines of protecting nature.
Amphibian donates a portion of our revenue to urgent and important work lead by indigenous people to care for their communities as well as the wildlife and environment surrounding them.
The Amphibian Foundation (previously known as Regrow) is a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2020. It has raised, catalyzed, and donated hundreds of thousands of dollars while having zero overhead, since all administrative costs are paid for by our founder, Evan Rapoport.
We help at-risk girls in rural Kenya have joyful, fulfilling lives.
Research shows that supporting women and girls is one of the top ways to address biodiversity loss and climate change. Reducing gender inequality is also a top priority of the United Nations according to Sustainable Development Goal #5.
Northern Kenya is an incredibly beautiful place with large populations of wildlife, including elephants, lions, rhinos, giraffes, and more. It’s an epic and harsh landscape with relatively few tourists compared to the more popular parks in Kenya, such as the Maasai Mara.
Unfortunately, many of the young girls and women living in Northern Kenya (and across Africa) have very few choices for their future and little opportunity to pursue their dreams. We believe helping these girls is urgent and important. It also aligns closely with Amphibian’s goals for nature connection.
